It can be soft as an eraser or hard as a bowling ball. It is also one of the toughest flexible materials available, in terms of tear, tensile and abrasion resistance. It also has excellent low temperature resistance (-40°C). It is, however, limited in the higher temperature range to approximately 90°C (195°F)
